Members who are in good standing may vote for up to five candidates.
Our General Meeting will be Sunday, May 3, at 1 PM
Also according to our bylaws “For the General/Annual meeting, any member wishing to submit a question to the Board for response at the general meeting must submit the question in writing two (2) weeks prior to the date set for the general meeting.
Questions are to be specific and regard club operations, policies of the club. Submissions may not be endorsements of any candidates for the Board.
Unsigned questions will not be read or addressed. If in the view of the majority of the Board, the question is not legitimate or in good faith, the question will be handled as a suggestion placed in the suggestion box with the Board providing a direct response to the member outside of the general meeting.”
